Executive Director (GoLiveServe - Bi-vocational Mission Leadership)

GoLiveServe equips and supports bi‑vocational professionals serving in creative access regions where traditional missions may not be possible. The Executive Director leads this mission by guiding vision, strengthening partnerships, and caring for the workers who serve around the world. This role shapes the future of GLS and the impact of our global associates.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide spiritual, strategic, and organizational leadership for GLS

  • Lead mobilization by promoting bi-vocational missions and recruiting missional professionals 

  • Strengthen partnerships with churches, seminaries, and mission networks

  • Support and develop GLS associates serving in cross‑cultural contexts

  • Oversee staff, operations, budgeting, and organizational systems

  • Lead donor development and long‑term financial sustainability

  • Represent GLS in public, partner, and ministry settings

  • Collaborate closely with the Board and guide organizational planning

What You Bring:

  • A heart for bi‑vocational mission and alignment with GLS’s vision

  • Cross‑cultural ministry or international experience

  • Leadership experience in a ministry, nonprofit, or missions context

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Ability to guide organizational development, operations, and budgeting

  • Spiritual maturity and active involvement in a local church

  • A collaborative, humble posture and willingness to learn
