Your Church Was Built to Send. We'll Help You Do It.
GLS partners with churches and mission organizations to discern, prepare, send, and accompany bi-vocational missionaries to Asia and the Middle East — and stay connected to them every step of the way.
Who We Partner With
Churches:
Your congregation has professionals with a calling. GLS gives you the process, the infrastructure, and the long-term accompaniment to send them with confidence — and to stay genuinely connected to them on the field.
Mission Organizations
For organizations already working in the 10/40 window, GLS offers strategic collaboration built on 35 years of bi-vocational missionary sending. We bring proven deployment experience to strengthen gospel presence across Asia and the Middle East.
Two Roles. One Mission.
Every sending relationship has two essential parts: the professional who goes and the church that sends. GLS serves both — and neither functions well without the other.
Candidates — Those Who Go
GLS believes in church-based missional discipleship. When bi-vocational missionaries apply to join GLS, we guide them in close partnership with their sending church. We look for candidates who are already fruitful disciple-makers at home — and who, before departing, are raising up others to take their place.
Sending Churches — Those Who Stay and Go With Them
Sending is more than a commissioning service. Your church has a sustained, active role: helping candidates clarify their calling, preparing them for the field, and walking alongside them through years of service overseas. The professionals your church sends will carry your congregation's prayers, accountability, and presence into cities that have not been reached by the gospel.
How the GLS Church Partnership Works
A proven process designed to send professionals well — and keep churches rooted in what happens next.
01
Discern
GLS works with pastors and missions committees to evaluate each candidate across calling, readiness, ministry experience, and cross-cultural preparation. Nothing moves forward without clarity.
02
Prepare
Candidates build ministry skills, pursue cross-cultural opportunities, and establish a prayer and support team — in close, consistent communication with their sending church throughout.
03
Send
GLS coordinates orientation and church commissioning so every bi-vocational missionary leaves with the full blessing and accountability of their congregation behind them.
04
Stay
Regular field updates, pastoral reports, and a formal Partnership Agreement keep the sending church connected long after departure day. The relationship doesn't end at the gate.

What Sending Churches Say
GLS didn't just take our candidate — they walked with our whole church through the process. We didn't send someone and hope for the best. We sent someone and stayed connected."

Your Church Has a Role in the Unreached World.
The cities that have not been reached by the gospel are waiting — not for organizations alone, but for local churches willing to identify, prepare, and send the professionals already sitting in their pews.
GLS exists to make that possible. Together, we send bi-vocational missionaries to the cities that need them most — and we walk with them, and with you, every step of the way.
